How it works

Four steps, without having to identify yourself

A simple, confidential process, from first contact to response.

  1. Describe the situation

    Choose the type of communication and describe what happened or what you propose.

  2. Save your code

    At the end, you receive a personal follow-up code. It is the only key to your report.

  3. Follow up and reply

    With the code, you can check the status and exchange messages with the team without revealing your identity.

  4. Receive a response

    We acknowledge receipt within 7 days and give you feedback on the follow-up within 3 months.
